Re: Sny ericson w850 and plantronics 340 not...

MIne connects to my phone and tells me it is connected but i do not get the headset picture on my mobile anymore, and when i make calls it isnt connected I still have to pick my phone up and use that..
Why should I have to do that when I bought it for that specific reason, I bought a Blueant one and it works perfect for three months..

I Can`t switch my headset on, and it stops charging after 20 secs

Move the call control button up or down, the indicator light will flash blue if it's paired or blue and red. If it flashes blue and red you need to pair phone with the headset. the passkey is 0000.

Cant get the red light to turn off

Try powering down your bluetooth then turning it back on. If that doesn't work, try charging it. I had the same problem with mine.

I have lost my manuel and have forgotten how to pair my bluetooth, can you help me out?

To connect your headset:

Start with your headset turned off.
Press and hold down the control button.
After 6-10 seconds, the light will flash blue, then it will flash red, then blue.
Release the buton when you see the red/blue.

On your phone (depending on your phone, the commands may be different or even not necessary. Navigate through your phone menu until you see commands similar to):

Enable Bluetooth
Turn Discoverable to "Yes" or "On"

You may also have to "Add Device" in order for your phone to start searching for your headset.
On your phone, select Plantronics 3xxx.
If you are prompted for a Passkey, use 0000 (that's 4 zeros).
It is now ready to use.

Hope this works for you.

Headset setup Go to this website, and scroll down to Interactive Bluetooth Pairing Guide. (Plantronics 330 - V555 doesn't show 320 and instructions will be similiar). Click on Interactive Bluetooth Pairing Guide and a tutorial will walk you through the steps. Have headset and phone together when you do this and both must be charged. Hope this was helpful. Pam
