Unless you have a dedicated video card (which is NOT included on the stock model of this PC, you'd have had to have added it after buying) there isn't one. Check your TV for a VGA connection (a blue connector, like your monitor) and if it doesn't have one, you're out of luck.

try using the VGA input if your laptop and TV has one...

After connecting the VGA cord, try the following:

1. 1. On our laptop, go to display settings (right-click on desktop > properties) to see if you have the ability to switch to different monitors.
2. On your TV, check if you have to switch through connection type (HDMI, VGA, etc...)

Are you using an HDMI cable to connect the Laptop to the samsung 540 tv If you are not then try using an HDMI cable, you will get the sound and a better picture

There should be a setting within the comp. Is it connected to the comp monitor and the tv? Perhaps from the comp to the tv with the monitor from the comp as well? Well if so, you may need a certain setting within the comp. Check under (on xp) display properties, and then under the settings tab. Please rate!

try fn and f4 that works on my compaq, also right click on desktop and go to nvidia control panel and setup for multiple display

Try manually add the network. If the problems continue, I would turn the laptop in for repair/replacement (if it under warranty).
