Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
Same thing is happening to me. this is not an alignment problem.
it is a problem of the head not being able to "read" it's tracking ribbon.
i don't know how to fix it

Usually the alignment process executes when the ink cartridges are changed or replaced .
There is a way to print the alignment using the printer drivers in the printers and faxes folder.
