When you load any video on Youtube it is visible in the form of a red bar as it loads......it hasnt completely loaded until the red bar reaches the far side of the screen....then there shouldnt be any issue playing it back......your issue is the playing has caught up with the loading and obviously it can

Probably not, your description sounds like buffering. This will be better on some days than others due to internet traffic...

Try this next time: Start the video, and then hit pause until a lot of the video downloads....then play it.
