Question about OKI C5100n Laser Printer
Can't find how to remove the side panel, to add memory. Okidata's manual, etc...is in a word... frustrating.
Open the top cover. Open the front door. To do this, look directly under the digital display and located a latch. Pull the latch up and the front door will open toward you. On the right-side panel of the printer, locate a big screw in the middle of the top and loosen it. Now, the side panel comes off easily. Once the side panel is off the printer, you will see a big vertical opening where one (1) RAM module can be inserted. Note also that, to the left of the big opening, the word HDD is stamped onto the metal. That's where a 2.5-inch hard drive can be installed. There are two screw holes diagonally where a hard drive should be installed.
