I turn on power power light comes on for a few seconds power goes off turn on goes off 3 to 4 times then set comes on stays on. what's up with this?

replace the flyback # 259296 you can get the 259296 flyback replacement kit at the following link which contains the flyback and the CD with detailed instructions for the repair.

Hi, thank you for visit fix ya.
Here is your solution:
Replace this capacitors:
CP114.... 220UF 35V, CP150...2200UF 16V, and 1000uf 25 V, upgrade capacitors to 35V.
For parts go to:
https://www.encompassparts.com/webwiz/wwiz.asp?wwizmstr=WEB.STATIC.PAGES&page.name=Home
Re solder all connections beside fly back.
