Question about GE Refrigerators
Sounds like the drain hole is blocked. Look inside at the rear of the bottom shelf you will see a small hole in the middle going downwards with two drain channels sloping down towards the hole, make sure you can push a straw or something similar sized into the hole, this will allow condensation to drain off the side walls into a catcher underneath it then evaporates when it heats back up
