Re: incoming calls

The call barring facility should be provided by Mobile network company then only you can stop incoming calls to your mobile. If the network company doesnt provides that facility you cant do anything from mobile phone.

Incoming calls

Go to your phone call history and find the phone number you want to block. Press AND continue to hold your finger on that number until there is a "pop-up" with many options. Select the Block Contact option.
(If you don't hold the number down long enough you may dial that number).

Incaming phone calls

Turn off your Call Diverts option. Its possible that incoming calls are being diverted to a different number. When you try to call your phone does it ring as well? Also check if Call Barring on your phone is enabled. This means that calling your number is bloced. Check with your provider regarding this.

Unclear if you're using the TMobile ring tones or some that you have downloaded (or created). BION, I got longer ring times by using longer ring tone recordings. (I got mine from free sites on the net, most tones created by people from their music collections.) If you are using ring tones that aren't from T-Mobile, switch to a TM ring tone and see if that makes a difference. (If it does, then shop around for some new ring tones - the old ones were causing a problem.)

Another possibility is to check settings/phone/auto answer. Be sure this is set to "never." Also check Call Barring. Try having your blocking of incoming calls "off."

And last: put profile on "vibrate" and call yourself. Do you get more than one second of vibration? If you don't, then it's probably a phone malfunction, but if you do, it's a ring tone problem. Fairly easy to deal with. Good luck!

Barring incoming calls

The Call barring is set through the PIN and PUK codes.
If you have forgot the codes, the only secure way is to contact your service provider.
They will tell you back your forgotten codes, after authenticating few data related to the owner ( I mean you ).

What happens to the incoming calls? Check that you have not set the phone so that calls are diverted to voice mail or another number. Call your service provider and they will probably be able to send you a "service message" that will reset that.

Incoming call is fine, no no out going calls, incomming is fine

you haven't pay your bill? or haven't fill credit? haha just jokes..

well, first back up all your important data, then try format the phone by switching it to factory setting. If it doesn't help, ask a technician to format it, he'll know what to do. If that doesn't work, you don't have to pay him money, hehe.. which nothing to lose.. but if all format fail, then what is wrong? that technician will tell you..

so why i asked you to go to technician as a solving problem? because my actual solution is simple self-try format (by factory setting), if it fail, your solution still go to technician, because they have the right tool and the right knowledge to fix it. so do i as technician know what's wrong with ur phone? if i do, why I didn't tell you?

I'm quite confident, it just need a format. lets say if i'm wrong, after hard format, still got a problem, then I need to know what happen before and after this problem, like has ur phone ever fall hardly? has it ever drown to water? does this occur to u lately suddenly, or u just swipe ur sim card with this new one you make call.

the other thinh u must try before all the steps above is: (which i thought u must have try it before, but just in case u didn't, i'll tell u):

1. try another simcard to ur problem phone, if it still can't make outgoing call, then he problem is at ur phone, vice versa, also try the simcard u said can't make outgoing call to another phone, if it can make call with other phone, then, ur current phone is in problem
2. look on setting, there's outgoing call barring (restriction for outgoing call), check it status and deactivated it.

This steps sure will help you.
