Which one, ?
the EFI , ECM/PCM?
its located where the book says
best is to leave it alone, i bet its NOT BAD !
better is to SCAN it, ever heard of scan tools?
all scan tools made work on this car.
in your last post i answered all that. and the FSM book posted.
posted 100 + times, here.....
the engine can fail for spark, (scan it)
the PCM will cut fuel for many reasons,
loss of spark, loss of CMP, loss of CKP sensor pulses.(logic)
if fuel pressure is 0 then there will be no fueling or not spec pressures. if there is no fueling but spark is good the engine will run on test fuel. as you spray fuel.
to answer the question
best is to leave it alone. best of best.
many damage it , fooling with it, (im the guy that fixed them)
end where is, easter egg hunt

It probably uses a sensor instead of a cable to register speed. Realistically speaking the vehicle needs to go to a qualified repair shop with the proper diagnostic tool to determine what component is not functioning. Perhaps you can buy and install the part yourself. Most vehicles need to be diagnosed on an electronic tester.

EGR VALVE is carbon up you can clean it by taking it off and using carbon cleaner also replace the sensor for the egr valve. EGR controls idle if carbon up it will cause this problem you explained.
