Feb 4, 2014 - MMS sending and receiving pictures no longer working on Nokia Lumia. up vote 2 down vote favorite. In early 2014 I installed "Update 3" (8.0.10517.150) and the "Lumia Black" software ... "Can't send message Try again".
Dear friend, Simple text msg can only send emoticons. But multimedia msg (MMS) can send all types of multimedia. For sending MMS you will need to install gprs settings whichyou can receive from your service provider with better guidance. Or reply me with your mobile model and your servuce provider.
Configure using settings wizard MMS for Nokia 1.Press the Menu key on your phone.
2.Scroll to and select Applications.
3.Scroll to and select Sett. wizard to launch the Nokia settings wizard.
4.Scroll to and select Operator.
5.Select Start > Multimedia message and follow the
wizard's on-screen steps to automatically configure the phone with the

from sending messages that may not be supported. To include content in
your messages without notifications, select Free.
3.Access point in use - Select which access point is used as the preferred connection.
4.Allow anonymous messages - Reject messages from anonymous senders.

Send MMS Multimedia messages can be sent in a number of ways. An example of the steps required to send an image is listed below:
1.Select Menu > Photos.
2.Select the image you want to send.
4.Select Via message.
5.Add the recipient name or contact number.

1.Check if the MMS settings (for example, MMS access point)
are correct in your device. These settings are sent by the operator or

IF you want to see your MMS through go to your service provide site.and click the MMS and fill the username and password, and hit enter. you see your MMS in inbox double click to view the MMS.
If you are receiving pictures via Bluetooth, you have to turn on your Bluetooth and pair it to another device. If you are receiving pictures via MMS, you have to configure and activate your MMS settings by contacting your Network Provider.
you call customer care ask to report this complaint from you. they have to accept it, its their duty! :) if again they are not accepting it, goto a lawyer and ask for the possibilities of this case in consumer court. I'm pretty sure that the mobile company will try to settle this. i mean they will try toseettle this by giving you some money or some kind of offfer! or atleast you will win the case and you will get refund for all your expenses you did for this particular case! :)
The MMS delivery process is triggered by a special SMS
message called the "MMS Notification". The "MMS
Notification" contains a URL pointer back to the full content of the MMS
message. So when the receiving phone gets the MMS Notification, it must connect
to the URL in the notification in order to retrieve the actual message content.
The error that you include above looks like the URL cannot
If it worked before, but it does not work now ... then it is
possible that something has changed with regard to your firewall or network
configuration. The receiving device needs to actually connect back to host
server in order to retrieve the MMS content.
It is also possible that something has changed in the
