Well, it is time for your lesson in "watch repair, 101."
Most all watches and clocks have the hands press on the various stems that stick out from the face.
There are usually 3.
The smallest diameter is also the longest, and is for the second hand. Next largest is between the middle shaft and the outer shaft, and is for the minutes.
The largest diameter shaft, usually the shortest, is the hour hand. Usually each hand presses on the correct shaft.
You'll likely need a magnifying class and a gentle touch.
God bless your efforts.

The hour hand doesn't move

try opening the glass over the hands and pressing down on the hub of the hour hand
they are a press on fit with slots cut in the sides and will slip if the hub is loose on the hour shaft
place the minute hand and the hour hand at 12 o'clock first so that the minutes will always be in the right position on the hour.

70's Era Automatic 2686 minute hand gets stuck

It sounds as though the minute hand is not parallel to the watch face and is getting caught on the hour markers (or 'batons') - it's probably a little loose or maybe slightly bent.
It should be a relatively easy fix but it requires skill and knowledge to do it - not difficult for a watch repairer but close to impossible for your average man in the street.
If you value this watch, take it to a professional to sort it out.

TW Steel unable to reset minute chronograph hand (small upper left dial) I know how to reset second hand crown out push upper button etc but how do I rest minute recording hand

If the reset procedure still fails on time and date set crown positions together with chronograph buttons, and the minute counter doesn't move even when the stopwatch runs, the following can be tried:
The minute counter's motor may be stuck. Swipe a magnet hence and forth in different directions close to the back of the watch until the minute counter moves. The other hands may also move, but they can be reset later. Continue swiping several times to loosen the motor. A sheet should be placed behind the back of the watch to avoid scratches. Once the motor is loose enough, it can be further loosened by using its reset button which will spin it around when depressed.

Mintues hand problem.

There are two reasons for this. First- you distorted minute hands hole and now it is not sitting tightly on pinion. Second- when you pulled off the minutes hand, you lifted cannon pinion. As the result it is loose and swings freely. I do understand you have no knowledge how the watches are build, so, visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask to fix it. Please, do not take it personally - it is just because you can't do that without watchmakers knowledge, so, save your nerves, time and watch. Rate me, plz.

Analog clock not in sync with digital clock

This problem may be due to your analog hands being improperly zeroed. To find out, try this: 1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr" 2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero. If you do this and your minute hand points to 1 o'clock, or five minutes, you will know that this is the problem. If this is the problem, you can can correct it by zeroing the hands as follows: 1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr" 2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero, or close to it. You should also notice the letters "HR" in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the hour hand by rotating the crown. If the hour hand is not pointing at 12 o'clock, rotate it so that it does. 3. Push the top button once. The letters "MIN" should appear in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the minute hand on the large dial, and the minute and hour hands on the small UTC dial. Rotate the crown so that the minute hand points directly to 12 o'clock. 4. Push the top button again. The letters "SEC" should appear in the lefthand digital display. Rotate the crown to point the second hand directly at 12 o'clock. 5. Push the crown back into its normal position. Set the digiatl time and date in your tie zone, and your analog hands should match the digital read-out. If the zeroing of the hands is not the problem, I don't know what is wrong with the watch.
