hi... i also lost my installation cd for this printer... i think i have to re-install again for i am having trouble with scanning... the lcd says, no scanning features....

how come i have new ink catridges but the lcd keeps on saying that it has error in the cartridge and low on ink?

2=didnot scan
3=didnot cop out
note-30seconds slow speed
4=printer failed
