Question about Toshiba 32DF46 32" TV
Carefully solder any/all bad connections,esp.pins of regulators.
Being a master solderer with good eyes is necessary in most
repair applications.Use magnification,if needed..............T.

If you mean resetting to the factory defaults, the following should work:
press menu, use left or right arrows to get to "picture", use up or down arrows to select "reset", then press the right arrow
audio can be done the same way in the audio menu
