Hi All,
I have a problem with my computer(Packard Bell and Windows XP). Whenever I insert a disk into my DVD drive, it does not stay closed. Please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks in advance

the way is re-install OS/Windows or re-programming the Windows in Short re-Format C:but 1st make a back_up all files and documents from C:..good luck

eject the disc, and then grab the tray and pull it even further out until it stops. Then press the button to have it go back in. The limit switch is out of calibration.
