If the screen is showing a fault number or a number you havent seen before then its probably a program fault which can't be fixed. Check that the vent holes on the back of the oven aren't dirty and ensure that the whole oven is clean inside. Sadly it sounds like a program fault which cant usually be fixed by the owner though.
Finding a Panasonic oven repairer in the UK shouldnt be a problem though. My parents had a simlar problem wth their Panasonic Inverter oven, called the UK customer services and Panasonic contacted an authorised repairer in Scotland to visit them. Call customer services on 0844 844 3868.
If the call out charge exceeds £80 then you're probably better off buying a new oven.

H95, H97, H98 or
H99 mean that there's a problem with your inverter,
magnetron, or digital programming circuit.
If
the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback
signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will
stop the cook cycle.
It may be a loose connection in the wiring between the
inverter, magnetron, and/or control board, or maybe one of those
components has failed.
Due to the lethal
voltages used and produced in inverters, I do not recommend that an
inexperienced person work on these.

This is most likely because of a faulty interlock monitor switch, operated by the door latch. If it thinks you're running the oven with the door open it will cause the fuse to blow (or trip a circuit breaker in your case). The switch may be bad (not opening as it should when the door is closed) or out of adjustment.
The switch is replaceable and it's not a costly part. You should have microwave service done by a professional, especially if it involves the door. There are potentially lethal voltages present with the cover off, and the possibility of microwave leakage is the repairs aren't dome properly.
Hope this gets you cooking again. Thanks for using Fixya!
