This is an accessibility option designed for people with impaired vision. Don't quite know how you turned it on! But, to turn it off, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Accessibility>Magni… and, when you see the Magnifier Settings options box, click on Exit.

I was able to find a description of the magnifier and in my case a quick short click to the small little bump button on the left of my mouse turns the magnifier on and off. Holding it down and scrolling with it adjusts the size of the magnifier.
Somewhere on your mouse is an extra button that turns your magnifier on and off. Mine is on the left side of the mouse near my thumb that holds the mouse and I am constantly clicking it by accident. Find that button and it will toggle the magnifier on and off.

Please do comment if this does not help.

Go into browser settings. Your problem is with your Google settings not your tv. Open Google, choose settings, choose accessibility, choose font size and magnification settings. Hope this helps!

When i try to play the game scrabble the screen magnifies and i have double tapped but it stays magnified. I have tried several different things to have it go back to normal

You need to "Pinch" the screen. Place thumb and forefinger anywhere on the screen and pinch them together while continuing to touch the screen.

You can do the reverse to magnify the view. Place thumb and forefinger on the screen near one another. While maintaining contact with the screen, spread them apart. This gives a more controlled level of magnification than tapping.

To zoom out to normal screen size, tap on the screen using 3 fingers at the same time

To turn off that magnification feature, go to Settings>General>Accessibility> Turn OFF Zoom or any of the other stuff in there if you don't need it.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so you should see a "100%" in the bottom right hand corner. Click on that and it will change to "125%". This is the magnification level of web pages and can be changed all the way up to 400% or a custom size. Easiest way to change sizes.

Normal 0 Go to Control Panel and click on the Mouse icon. Then the mouse properties will appear showing the mouse buttons. In the Left column is the button settings. The bottom one is the Right Button, which is set for Magnify. Whenever you hit the Right Side button the magnifier will turn on. To turn it off, hit the Right Side Button and off it goes. You can change any of the button settings by clicking on the drop down.
Hope this helps. Bud

Magnification function

With one hand, press down on the mouse to hold it VERY still.
Then, with the other hand, while not allowing the mouse to move,
click the button on the right-hand edge of the mouse.

Then, run the software that came on a CD-ROM with the mouse to "disable" that specific mouse-button.

Search the issue you're having in google. IE "I cannot connect the mouse to the BLANK using this" That might work. If you just want to read the manual, you might be out of luck; as I couldn't find it.

Make display larger

The maximum display resolution is dependant on the screen type. If you have sight issues you can download a utility like object dock which magnifies the size of icons and their text when the mouse is on them.
