I heard that different soda companies have added Splenda to their drinks. I personally use Splenda all the time with my coffee and really like it. What sodas contain Splenda?

Splenda has been added to a new type of Diet Coke product in 2005 called Diet Coke Splenda. Pepsico. uses Splenda as well in its Pepsi One product. Mountain Dew contains Splenda as well. Other products that use Splenda include Dr. Hansen's Diet Sodas and all Dr. Rite soft drinks.

What are the healthier types of soft drinks?

in general, soft drinks aren't very healthy for you. Especially those that contain high sugar content. These types of soft drinks that are considered less harmful than regular soft drinks. Let's take a look at the different kinds:

Diet soft drinks- these drinks contain no calories and no sugars, so they're good in fighting against obesity and will help you lose weight.

Natural sodas- these sodas get their sweetness from natural ingredients like sugar canes and fruit juices instead of the unnatural sweeteners like high fructose syrup and aspartame.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of drinking diet soda?

Diet sodas are definitely healthier than regular sodas, but they have their disadvantages as well. The advantages are:

They don't contain any sugar- you won't gain weight from them and they won't raise your blood levels.

They contain a very low amount of calories- you can drink few servings of diet sodas without having to worry about the calorie count.

The disadvantages of diet sodas are:

They are not as sweet as the regular sodas, which some people will have hard time to get used to.

Artificial sweeteners used in sodas pose several health risks. For example, aspartame has been linked to causing cancer, Alzheimer, and birth defects.

Diet sodas can actually make you gain weight (indirectly) because people who drink it tend to look for sugars from other types of food.

What are the health dangers caused by sodas?

Sodas are really unhealthy for you, especially if you drink them on a daily basis. First, sodas contain a very high amount of sugars in them, which contribute to weight gain that can lead to obesity. Obesity increases the risk of heart diseases and diabetes. Second, according to research by the American Heart Association, drinking sodas on a regular basis increases the risk of cardiovascular events by 61 percent. Third, sodas are unhealthy for your teeth and can cause tooth decay from the acidic ingredients. Finally, high consumption of sodas increases the risk of metabolic syndrome, which increases the risk of stroke, diabetes, and heart problems.

Commercial TRUE GDM soda machine

If the cooler has power, the condesor fan (bottom) and evaporator fan (top) are spinning put your hand on the compressor. Do you feel a vibration? if so, you probably have a refrigerant leak. If not (if its clicking or nothing at all) its a compressor issue.
