Question about Toshiba 32DF46 32" TV
There is a component on the center of the board with a heat sink attached - mine became very loose (if you bang on the lower right of TV it would come on but then go out again - kept getting worse) - I kept TV unplugged for a couple weeks to allow electrical capacitors to drain - opened it up - resolder it - all 4 points were loose (I guess they needed a better heat sink) - works like a charm now.
