You can get up to a 25ft silver satin line cord for phone, or even an extensine cord. Or contact the manufactor about a longer cord.

Everything that comes in the box with your iPhone carries the same warranty (which is still in effect). You certainly don't need to purchase new cables. Bring the defective ones to Apple for replacement.

I have an i phone 3gs,that is powerin g on with the charger but cannot charge it when it ,pls i need a technical solution pls

Trouble shoot these items:

1)Power Source, plug it into a different outlet.
2)Power Cord, check for corrosion on terminal.
3)Phone Connection, check for corrosion on teminal.

You may just need a new cord. There are a ton of options on the market for the 3GS at a very reasonable cost.

You can also take some canned air and blow out the phone where the power cord connects to make sure you actually have a good connection.

Sometimes the connections on cords will build up corrosion or oxidation that does not allow for a physical connection to be made. You can correct this by taking an eraser from a pencil and erasing the oxidation off. I think the connections on the iphone are too small to make this an option, so the path of least resistance would be a new cord.

I am pretty sure the phone is old enough that it is not covered under apple care but you can always take it in to the store. Sometimes you can sweet talk the guys into checking these things out for free.

Fax wont' go through. Plugged phone jack into phone line and when I try to fax it doesn't connect. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can you receive any faxes. Run a Fax Test from the Tools menu. Is the problem with only one fax receipient? (Check the phone number and make sure they are set to receive. I have dealt with one fax receipient where the call-waiting service caught the fax call.)

Does the Fax see a dial tone? If there is no dial tone, use a single line phone (corded) to listen for a dial tone at that jack. If there is no dial tone, check the incoming service for a dial tone. (If you have no dial tone at all, contact your service provider.) Try a new phone cable (2-wire RJ-11) Try calling the number from another phone line with the single line phone attached. If the phone doesn't ring with a new cable, check your wiring and then contact your provider. Is the signal analog or digital (the all-in-one is designed for digital)?

Go back through the fax settings and set it as directed in Step 2 here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01458259&tmp_task=solveCategory&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3643612 . You need the fax error reporting setting.

Disconnect any items that are plugged into the 2-Ext port.

Try reinitializing the unit. Unplug the power cord with the unit on. Make sure that the phone cord is fully seated in the 1-Line port. Then reconnect the power cord.

Try resetting the all-in-one, this may require 2 people. With the printer on, unplug the power cord and wait at least 20 seconds. Press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord. Release the buttons after the unit starts up.

If none of these steps help the unit may need service.

I need a power cord The phone has no power cord that plugs into the back of the phone and into the wall socket its marked power 9v/dc 450mA

It is not just a power cord you need. Rather it is a power adapter that delivers 9Volts Direct Current and a maximum intensity of 450milliAmps.
It must also have the correct polarity.

Hello my name is greg and we were having trouble with our electricity and we shut off the wrong sircut breaker and now our WII doesnt turn on but we are unsure if it is the power cord

The best way is checking the power cord with voltmeter or some unit like charger for mobile phone (plug it and look the phone charging). If the power cord is OK plug the Wii AC adapter. If Wii not turn on check the AC adapter with voltmeter. If working the problem is in your Wii console and it need repairing. If AC adapter not work just buy new.
