You should have its original remote control to select its inputs. To buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.

Sanyo model # ds19310 16 jnch tv stuck on video chanel wont change to any other chanel volume works pat of menue works but the channel search and two other chanel menue controls are not available tv skips...

Hi there,

If you still have the Sanyo remote, you just need to press the INPUT button on the remote. The channel search and some other functions are disabled when the TV is in video/AV/game mode.

If you don't have the Sanyo remote, but you have a Universal remote which you use with the TV, look for a button labelled INPUT or SOURCE on this remote and try pressing it.

If you don't have any remote for this TV or you are using a universal remote which does not have an INPUT or SOURCE button, please reply to me from within this page for further assistance and let me know the brand and model number of any universal remote you are using. There is no option in the menu for doing this, but there a couple of methods which work on some TVs

Hope this helps.

Regards,
BElectric

My television is on one chanel i cant get it on menu to program it what must i do

You need to have an original remote. In this case you may purchase an RCA universal remote that contains a menu button. Next be sure you connect you TV to a signal source (cable TV, satellite etc). Then press channel search on the menu. Hope this helps! Show a few hands of support!

I can't get my dish system to work with this TV. I'm only getting 2 chanels. How do I program new chanels to this TV? I need chanel 60.

It depends on the TV a bit. Which model of Broksonic TV do you have? Do you have the original remote? (remotes.com has replacement remotes for many TVs.) Look at the TV (or the original remote) for a menu or channel add subtract option. (The TV is probably programmed to skip the channels that didn't have a signal in the past so you need to reprogram this.) If the TV is a really simple TV (with just the channel and volume controls on the TV), you'll need the original or a direct substitute remote (or a higher end programmable remote). Most basic universal remotes will control power, channel and volume but not the reprogram channels option (in my experience). If you can program the add/remove channels, press 60 on the remote, wait for the TV to go to that channel and then press the Add Channel button. Alternately, with the satellite receiver on, press the combination to search all channels and program the skip to channels with signal.

I hope this helps.

(I had a really old Emerson TV; when the original remote started to fail, the cheap universal remote didn't handle the channel programming. Fortunately, the original remote would usually still work for that.)

Hi, if you have a "menu" button on the front of the tv go into the menu & "auto-program" the channels, if your set does not have the menu button on the front you will have to call a local tv shop with the model number of your tv and they can order you one, gl, video-tek
