Question about LG CU500 Cellular Phone
Emergency download. Have I ruined my phone or is there a solution to this problem? I would appreciate input. Thanks!!
When you obtained water damage to your phone you should have immediatly
taken the battery out and put both battery and the phone in a bowl of
rice and sealed it.
This would allow the rice to draw out the moisture from inside the phone. This would have to be done for at least 24-48 hours to work properly.
Even if you do it exactly like that its still not 100% certain to work.
The phone already sounds to have been damaged hence the random message on the screen.
Your only real option is to replace the phone as repairing a phone these days is not cost effective. Post back with any questions or comments for further assistance.
Thank you for choosing Fixya!
