Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
I see tiny horizontal lines are appearing on my 46" TV and when I play a video game on the PS3 the image stays there and sometimes it takes a while to fade out. Stays like a photo. Also some white bands are appearing vertically whitening those area. Please advice.
