WHEN PRINTING I HAVE RED HORIZONTAL RED LINES CLEAR THROUGH THE DOCUMENT

Becky, a "stuck" nozzle can cause that. Depending on the make and model of your printer, replacing the cart may fix it, or may not. Some printers include print heads with nozzles, so have separately replaceable heads, and some have permanent heads. Most HP printers put heads in carts. Most Canon printers have separately replaceable heads, and most Epson printers cost more to replace heads than to replace the printer.

Picture are not clear and no sound of sony slv se200

sounds like dirty heads. Try using a head cleaner. Be very careful because the heads are very sensitive.

Good luck,

Printing is not clear some long white lines

This sounds like you are running low on ink, your print heads are clogged or are out of alignment. I would buy a new All-in-One because of the low cost of new ones these days but if you want to make this one work try using the printer software and find clean print heads and/or align print heads. If that doesn't work try new ink. Good Luck!

It is very common when the magnetic heads got dirty. Buy a Mini DV cleaning tape, follow the instruction clean the heads by playing the cleaning tape for a while. Record NEW video and playback to test.
Please know if you play the old video recorded buy the dirty heads, you may not get clear picture, because here is not correct data recorded on the tape.

Tracking

the video heads are probably dirty. it only takes one tape with one little spot of cola or juice or something on it to gum up the heads. a vcr cleaning tape may or may not clear it up. otherwise it needs to be cleaned by a proffessional, by hand, to clear it up.
