Question about NorStar M7324 Telephone
Two of our line seem *locked up* - no one in the building is using these lines, however when we try to pick them up to release them the phone is saying "line in use"... HELP!
It's possible that the last caller, never gave the system the "Disconnect" it needs from the phone company. Try rebooting the phone system. Just pull power on it, let it sit for 10 seconds, then reapply power.
