Question about GE WBSR3140DW Top Load Washer
You have a hose that goes from the bottom of your outer tub to a presure switch . This is also your water level switch. Sometimes your hose comes off but you could have a bad switch.You need to use a meter to check that.

If the machine has been used for washing heavily soiled or greasy clothing; the hose to the pressure switch could be clogged at or near the tub end. Empty the tub, pull off the hose, and run a coat hanger up it a foot or so, then test.
