I own an LH C3603 DVD/VCR COMBI RECEIVER for just over a year, which was working fine until about 2 months ago when it suddenly stopped giving me sound from the tv/video side. There is normal picture but just no sound and it seems asif the 3D Surround & BYPASS modes have been dislodged. As its been fine all the time, it cannot be the connections but something thats been disconnected from the software inside. Like a driver missing.

I own an LH C3603 DVD/VCR COMBI RECEIVER which has been fine, for just over a year now, and about a month ago it suddenly stopped giving me sound from TV / VCR but with picture after I used the AV2 mode. I totally disconnected & reconnected it but the problem still persists. It seems asif because the 3D SURR & BYPASS modes have been deactivated the whole sound mode is off or interferes with the whole sound mode in TV. It also seems asif a driver in the software or something is missing

My DAVHDX576WF surround system is connected to my TV by HDMI, but I hear no sound. The home theater test/setup is audible, radio is audible, but nothing from the TV

Which direction do you expect audio to be flowing: from or to the TV? The HDMI is an outbound connection for video. Page 71 describes how to enable the DVD AUDIO ONLY if you really want TV speakers to be competing with the DAV.

I have the bd230 5.1 system hooked up the speakers, attached the power cord and hdmi cable from receiver to the tv what else do I need to get sound from my tv I have a hd do I need to run a cable...

The home theater box performs the production of the sound generation. Also, the theater box, distributes the sound to any display devices like TVs, Music MIxers, DVDR, VCRs, ext. The theater box also has connection ports that are recognisable as receptacle area from speakers, woofers, and twitters that combined to form the home theater of devices acquired. First, start by connecting the component parts of the theater system to the box. For example, speakers to an area on the box, twitters, woofers. At which point, the box would require a power cable to an electrican circuit to display functionality mode. The next step is deciding on which display reciver would be providing sound to the theater setup of blasters. For example, choosing to acquire sound from a TV set is achieved by connection cables that derived sound out of the TV to the theater box. E.G. The TV audio output area provides the connectivity of any external audio blasters like with the theater setup. Using the appropiate audio input output connection cables to acquire sound transfer matters. The device may not have been provided with a TV audio input out cable of connections. Acquire from retail input output cables from TV to theater boxes. Remember that, the theater box may have come with a remote control that require separe operations than the TV. The theater system theraafter would require power on buttons if any separate remote controls were acquired as well. Also, the television set would require alteration settings with the remote control. Adjusting the TV sound settings to acquire or direct internal sound to an external setup infrusture is possible explanation also achievable with TV REMOte controller soon after every wireing cables have been established alos powered on to source of current. I bought the RCA RTD325W DVD home theater system. The speakers work with the dvd/radio tuner but cannot get them to work with tv. Also have Satellite tv, do I need to connect to something on that? Or is...

Your TV must have a set of Audio Out connections. Connect them to the Aux In on the back of the RTD325W. Then toggle the Line-In/Aux button on the remote until display reads Aux In. System should work.

Gurus, I just bought Samsung Home Theater System which i connected to my Hitachi TV with HDMI cable. I have a Optical Cable going from HT to my TV Optical port. I have another connection from my cable

On the remote control for the Samsung Home Theater System look at the bottom left to a button that says "MODE", those moods change the sound each speaker gives off. if that doesn't work, you might need new wiring because there are other wires that are more durable than the ones that come with it, much better too.
