When you connect the binoculars directly to the computer, it should automatically detect it and allow you to download. Verify that the binoculars are on when you connect it. Also try restarting the computer, and then connect the binoculars while they are on and it should work. You can also get a card reader and remove the memory card and directly plug the card into the reader which can transfer it to the computer. If you still can't get it to work, call the Manufacturer's Customer Service Center at 1-877-977-2673
