To scan documents to your computer, you will need the Lexmark OCR scan software which can be installed using only the installation software CD that came with your printer. If you lost the disc, contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance. The Lexmark Productivity Suite can be downloaded from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/fWPweq. Select you operating system > click FILTER > click the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Disconnect your printer from your computer.
Reboot your computer.
