It is doubtful that there was a bluetooth chip installed in this notebook given its age.
Buy a USB Bluetooth dongle.
You can check your computer by going to control panel, system, system info and look at the hardware installed. 6results for msi a6200 461us USB Bluetooth v4 0 USB Dongle Monoprice com

Go into your control panel settings and click on the "Sounds and Audio Devices". You will be able to raise the sound volume manually in there.

Do you just wish to retrieve the data (Information), off of the Harddrive?
The harddrive is a 2.5 SATA unit.

2-1/2 inches across in Width.
SATA is the type.

Use an economical external enclosure, install the harddrive into it, and plug the external enclosure's USB cable, into any working computer's open USB port.

If replacing the motherboard I suggest taking it to a 'Mom and Pop' computer store. REAL tech's. Word of mouth sells their business, so you know they're going to be good.
