Question about Boating
After you pull those plugs and have in nuetral and you can't get that motor to move with the flywheel that means it's siezed

I think your starter may have fried before the battery died. You should remove the starter and then see if the motor is seized up. Check your starter if you can jump it off the boat with jumper cables. If it spins freely then try to move the engine. Remove plugs so there is least resistence. If 4 cycle drain and replace oil, check for parts in the oil before adding fresh oil. Then see if it will turn.
