How do I cancel my Ancestry account and membership?

In Mobile Android Amazon app:
1. Tap 3 lines in top-right corner.
2. Tap "Your Account"
3. Tap "Manage Prime Membership" under "Account Settings"
4. Tap "Manage membership"
5. Tap "Update your settings" under "Manage Membership"
6. Tap "End membership and benefits"
7. Tap "Cancel my benefits"

In Mobile website:
1. Tap 3 lines in top-right corner.
2. Tap "Account"

On desktop website:
1. Click "Hello, [name] Account & Lists"
2. Click "Prime" under "Your Account"
3. Click "Prime Membership" under "Account Settings"
4. Click "Manage membership"
5. Click "Update your settings" under "Manage Membership"
6. Click "End membership and benefits"
7. Click "Cancel my benefits"

Fold3 Premium memberships renew on an annual or monthly basis. You can cancel your account's membership auto-renewal settings by following these steps:

1. Go to Account Details and select Cancel or Manage Billing.
2. Click the "Auto-renewals settings" link.
3. On the next page, change the account settings as you wish.
4. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Note: If your Fold3 subscription is included with your Ancestry.com subscription this particular portion of the subscription cannot be called on its own. You will have to cancel your All Access subscription to the end date under "Account Setting" on your Ancestry account.

Your subscription can be cancelled by logging into your account and clicking on your name in the right-hand corner. When you the drop-down menu you can then click "Account Settings". Under membership type, you can then click "Cancel Membership". Make sure to go through the full length of the cancellation process to make sure the subscription has been cancelled. After cancellation check your email inbox for your cancellation confirmation number.

To cancel your Netflix account:

1. Go to www.netflix.com in your web browser and log in.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to your user name and select Your Account.
3. Under Membership and Billing, select Cancel Membership to cancel your Netflix membership.

Canceling Your Account

• Visit the Netflix home page and sign in. Go to the "Your Account" tab, which can be accessed via a drop-down menu to the right of the search bar in the upper right-hand corner of your home screen. Once on the "Your Account" page, you'll see a button that says "Cancel Membership" directly under "Membership and Billing," the first heading on the page. Click this button and follow the instructions to cancel your membership.

Implications of Canceling Your Membership

• Even if you cancel your membership, you'll still be able to stream movies and television shows until your current billing period elapses. In addition, Netflix keeps your streaming account on file for a year after you have canceled your membership. This means you can cancel your membership for a couple of months and then go right back to it by renewing it and resuming payments, with all of your previous viewing history and preferences still available.

2. Click on LOVEFiLM By Post Membership under Settings and log in.
3. Underneath the current plan section, select Cancel Membership.
4. To complete the cancellation, select Yes, cancel my Membership.
