Hi , there is a small reset button on the top edge of the battery compartment (it is a bit tricky to locate at first) press and hold this with a paperclip or something similar and this should bring your furby back to life
Bad earth connection on battery or where it connects to the body of the car. There may be a main or it could be a secondary wire from negative to the engine. Also check the positive connection on the battery and where it connects direct to the starter motor. If its dirty or corroded, you will have problems starting and often the new battery wont recharge itself. Have an auto electrician (or someone with a DC meter) check the voltage output from the alternator. It should be around 12 to 14 volts.
Well, the best advice i could give you dear is that, there is a faulty wire in this little guy/ girl , the battery pack is not on tight, the batteries are old . Good Luck I hope this helps :D
Have you tried restarting? It's different from resetting. You have to keep his tongue down (as if you're feeding him) while resetting. This worked for me when Furby didn't move, only made sound. Good luck! (If you still have it, it's May already)
