Cannot get access to my account will not accept my Acc. no.got in touch a month ago, was promised a paper billing. no response . very poor service.

Fixya is a free service. If you post at Fixya, you receive an email link to a response. There is NO monthly account as you are charged nothing. If you have opted for the pay site 6ya, where you receive a phone response, and have some sort of billing matter related to it, you need to contact customer support at 6ya. Posting a billing query at Fixya does not bring a billing to anyone's attention as it is a free service.

there are plenty of other better service providers so change over
