Make sure using genuine toner, then check the toner chip on both the toner & machine, try clean it, if cannot, it might be faulty

Lsu error, before that not this problem on my printer, just change new toner.got this problem

I would highly suspect a defective toner. What happens if you put the old toner back in - - do you get the same error? If you don't, then replace the toner. If you continue to get a lsu error, then your Laser Unit has a toner spill on the glass, or has gone bad and will need replaced.

Have lsu error also.

Hi ...

LSU stands for Laser Scanner Unit ... you normally get 2 different kind of errors with LSU ...
LSU Hsync or LSU Motor Error ...
If you get this error, it means that the Laser Scanner Unit has gone bad and the only way to get it fixed is to get the printer repaired ...

Cheers ....

Copystar CS-1815 waste toner

There are two screws on the drum unit. They are on the left hand side and one on the right hand side. Remove the screw from one side and take off plastic small side cover. Dump the waste toner. Do the same for the other side and then put it back together. Turn machine off then on and the error code should be gone......
