Question about Canon PIXMA MP470 All-in-One Printer
The printhead it is attached at each cartridge, so, there are two options: a) cartridge damageds or b) bad read cartridge contacts.
Do this, take out the cartridges, check if the contacts are clean and dry, then be sure to fix well again in the printer, if an error message appears, push the cancel button by 6 seconds, this deactivate the ink level sensor. If the error stay, 6 seconds 1 more time, if not works, I think that one or both cartridges are damaged, try with a new pair.
