Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WD640 Front Load Washer/Dryer
Check to see if the unit is level, as the unit should be level front to back and side to side. If installed in a home, you'll need to check the manual for proper procedure to level and lock the leveling legs at the front and rear of the bottom of the machine. I find that having the front of the washer just slightly higher than the back of the unit is best for keeping the dispenser from retaining any water and liquids, but, again, check the owner's manual for their recommended leveling procedure.
If this is in an RV, then you'll likely need to confirm that your RV is actually level, consult your RV manual for procedure on how to verify proper leveling .
