I think you don't have any clue about the notarization process. The "notary" is a legal person, while the "notarization" is the legal act of signing the public document. Each State has its own registered notaries that can notarize documents issued in their jurisdiction. There is a website called US apostille provides full details about the notary and the notarization process in the all 50 state.

however if there is not , you have to alter the page size before pressing the print button
