I'll give you some help on ANDROID. Go to apps, settings\ WiFi. Turn it on at top of screen. Any available WiFi accounts will show up. Then go to top right push the three dots, click advanced and make your choices. Click back to WiFi screen and click the WiFi you want to connect with, enter the key that your WiFi needs to connect, or use the WPS option if available on you WiFi. If the WiFi has WPS, push the button on the WiFi and connect your tablet or phone by pressing connect.

Getting my email on new ipad

I do not recall exactly since it has been a long time since I did it, but if you just open email the first time, it should lead you through setup, which is basically logging into your preferred email account. Or you may have to go into Settings to do it. You can also get the separate Yahoo or Gmail app and log in. On my Android devices I use these separate apps instead of the provided email app.

It's a tablet. I can't get my emails and junk mail and the wifi is turned on.

The very first thing you have to do is check to see if you have an internet connection. To do this you can try by downloading any app from the app store, or open a browser and go to a website.
If it doesn't open, then you must troubleshoot your network.
If you can connect to the internet, then you have to set up the emails account. I suggest that you use gmail app, since it have the ability, or compatibility to add outlook and google accounts.

I just got an ipad 3 and when I try to set up gmail account it does not show gmail as an option in the list

- first update the iPad to the newest iOS system (8.2.1) then Gmail should appear in the selection window.
you can do it as follows:
Best is to connect the iPad with an USB-cable to a computer and open iTunes software. there you will see your iPad showing up and you can do an update to iOS 8:

Just got my tablet and need to know how to download apps

  • The first step if you haven't done so is to setup a gmail account. All your apps are associated to this account.
  • Browse current apps or it maybe on the main screen already locate "Android Marketplace"
  • Click on that and now you can browse 200,000+ apps click on the ones you want and click install.
  • After installed you should see them in your apps menu
Comment if you need more help and please rate a 4 if this was helpful
Thanks!
