OK you have killed your vertical deflection
what you need to do is to retrace your steps and unsolder the STKs and make sure that you have not created a solder bridge between the lead pads. once this is done replace ALL of the bias resistors and the TWO STKs Convergence Correction Amplifier ICs. Making sure to check to see if the connections are properly done (use a magnifying glass).
