Go to your settings in the camera menu. Try to find an option like "video" or "recording" settings.

When I record from the cam to the computer .... the resulted movie gets the sound out always from only one of my two speakers

Go to the menu in the camera. Go to the Audio settings and make sure it is set on stereo. Sounds like the camera is set to record in mono. Or if you are using RCA cables to your computer (yellow, red, white), make sure you are using both red and white audio cables.

Problem in video recordeing from tv to camera

IT may not like that you are taking a feed from the tv to you camcorder?
IT may be detecting some form or copyright and is attempting to block the recording.
IF the end result is that you have a good recording then you should be ok. But dont take my word for it contact Panasonic corporate to see what they think.
Cheers
