fisrt check whether themes can b installd in ur cell or not.. coz many samsung mobile doesn support themes.. but u can visit mobile9.com to check it and also download themes 4 any kinda mobile...

I have 2 suggestions for your problem.

1. The theme might not support your phone.
2. You do not have enough space in your phone.

your phone supports java midp 2.0 so you can download all games with extension .jar ,  .jad and you can alos download all themes with extension .nth


try website http://www.zarrata.com/mobile, under the title themes select .nth files(donot select .sis or symbian files which are not supported by ur phone), there only few but try them on your phone ,,,, you can even try searching in google for .nth files or they are also called as nokia themes(themes basically developed by nokia....)

Unfortunately Samsung E251 does not support themes. You can get wallpapers, but you arent allowed to change the theme for the device.
