Normally there are no grants available for starting a business. However, there are grants and different assistance available for business activities along with increasing your business enterprise, research and development, innovation and exporting.

You can but the odds on being awarded one are slim at best, and that's only if you have five and ten year business plans, as well as your ducks in a row.
