SanDisk 8GB microSDHC has an error that tells me i need to format it. so i use Panasonic SD formatter and when the process is done it says completed but when i go to open it up it says it still needs to be formatted. i have tried it on a few different readers and i still have the same problem.

- the card readers are unlocked i don't see anything on the tiny 8g micro SD to be unlocked and formatting directly from the computers formatter will not complete 100% an on of the 3 readers that i am useing is a (the regular size sd cards that holds the micro SD card)SanDisk microSD adapter compatible with HCmicroSD's

umm You will get a ready adapter through which you can connect your memory stick to computer directly . Format it ...

I have no idea about panasonic SD formatter . But basically your SD card has a lock to one of its corner . try to unlock it and retry formatting .
