Question about Solis Master 5000 Espresso Machine
Water is leaking into the bin for the pucks. We have had it repaired once for this problem and now it is doing it again. I have descaled it about every 2 months.
If you remove the brew unit and find water in the top left side of it, where the thumb screw is, you have a stripped thumb screw. This is caused by using the key to install the filter screen and pulls the nut out of the thumb screw. This is why they call it a thumb screw. Finger tight.

Never use tap water. Alway use bottled water for the machine. It will eliminate the descaling and the coffee tasts much better
