Question about Computers & Internet
The first thing I would do, and of course make sure that you are downloading go to my pc from a trusted source, is temporarily disable Norton 360. Also it may help to go the control panel and disable the windows firewall if active. Hopefully this helps, and don't forget to turn Norton back on!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Search online for the PRODUKEY software.
Download it, install it, and run it.
If Microsoft Office 2003 is installed on your computer, then PRODUKEY will tell you what license-key was used when Office was installed.
Or, access http://office.microsoft.com and search for "Word Viewer" or "Excel Viewer" or "PowerPoint Viewer", and download and install these programs.
These programs are FREE software to allow you to "view", but not "change', documents created by all versions of Microsoft Office.
