Question about Apple iMac All-in-one - 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB DDR2, 320GB SATA HD, SuperDrive 8x

1 Answer

SD card will not import in to iPhoto '09 using c5280 printer

I use to be able to put my memory stick pro duo in to my HP C5820 printer and it would automatically import all my photos in to iPhoto. I had my iMac replaced and this brand new one doesn't do it. I downloaded the printers drivers thinking that was all I needed but it still will not automatically open iPhoto and put the new images on my hard drive.

I dont work with Mac's but it sounds like the new Imac isnt syncing with the iphoto, if you have a syncing program , please run it and then try again, sound like a mismatch.

My hp officejet 7210 all in one will not read my SDHC memory card for my new Panasonic camera. Why? Should I purchase just a SD memory card? Will that work?? Thanks

Purchasing an SD card might be better. Just for the fact that when your printer was manufactured the technology for SDHC cards were still not incorporated in your printer.

Have an HP L7680 all-in-one Just received a Panasonic Limuix camera and cannot read the SDHC memory cards in the SD slot - Printer posts an error

No, it's not possible, it'll never read SDHC in the SD slot. SD slot will only read SD, Mini SD (with adaptor) and Micro SD (with Adaptor). If there's no SDHC card slot, then it doesn't support SDHC Card. The lists of supported memory card are listed below:
CompactFlash™ Type I and II,
Secure Digital/MultiMediaCard/Secure MultiMediaCard (SD),
xD-Picture Card,
Sony Memory Stick®,
MagicGate Memory Stick,
Memory Stick Duo,
Memory Stick Pro

I hope this clears your doubt.

Note: SDHC and SD are different Memory Card types.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Ejecting Memory Stick Pro Duo card out of notebook card reader

Hi, the memory Stick Pro Duo card is (micro), half size as you have noticed you need to buy an SD adapter card. You put your Pro Duo card into the SD card & than put it into your card reader.
Once you see the SD adapter card on the web site you'll understand. You can buy this at a local BestBuy. Most web sites sell the adapter as a combo, you'll get a micro card & adapter.
Click the link below.

Look at SanDisk 2GB Ultra II Memory Stick PRO Duo w/Adapter
& you will understand.
