What is the model number of this TV set? I cannot tell you anything without that as all TV's work in different ways when it comes to locking or parental controls or having to do with the V-Lock.
plug your low input into the subwoofer output of your reciever.that should get the sub working then you have to run speaker wire from your speaker outputs on your reciever into your sub in the top row of inputs then the outputs on the back of sub(the bottom row of speaker hookups go out to your speakers....my email is [email protected] if you still cant get it i can talk you through it on there or ill give you my instant messenger name is you still have problems good luck,b
