Kenwood mp638U sound system problem

i have the kenwood MP638U installed and on the tuner source the audio works fine. when i switch it to the cd function, sound only comes through the subwoofer. i messed with the audio settings and couldn't fix the problem. any ideas?

try to put the remote of the facory amp to ign power
