Color seperation and red drooping line

My tv's color is seperated and also picture is doubled, and there is a red line drooping from the top center of the screen. Any ideas on a repair? Main colors shown are red and green with a pink tint.

You have defective Convergence IC's. It's best to have a service company verify and do the repair if you wish. Normally runs about $250.00
