If this is a powered sub, than it will have it's own power supply and small mono amp, both of which can fail. Could be a fuse, but if the fuse blows again you will have a short on the main amp board.

If you have checked the fuses which it sounds like you have, your amp may be out. Take that RCA and plug it into the other speaker. If thar she blows, treat as warranty and call the factory. If this is helpful, please post as such.

SOURCE: pb12 makes thumping sound after warming up

Hello there..Thats normal only if your sub volume and the pre amp is turned up..Your amp is the cause of the speaker jump..Turn amp volume sub level down a few and check your wire from sub to amp..If all of that is good is a normal operation for pre amp warm up in sub if level is turn to max..Try unplugging amp freom sub then turn sub on stand alone(just sub outlet plugged in and no wires from base amp plugged in..If sub stops the its the amp making the problem..If it still is there then the pre amp is either dusty on inside or the outlet plug that it is plugged in doesnt have a good ground..Hope these help to solve your problem..Have a great day...

SOURCE: JBL PB10 subwoofer sounds distorted and lights on the front flash

More likely to be the Class D power amp module, but you should look through the service manual to make sure all the parts are installed correctly. My PB10 AMP module went out and you cannot get one anymore.

I have a AVR130 Audio/video receiver,JBL separate ubwoofer 140/230, 4 JBL satellite speakers one center peaker. Kindly explain the connections to get the listening pleasure

Connect #1 JBL Speaker to the Front Left, #2 to Front Right, #3 to Right Rear, #4 to Left Rear, the center speaker to center and the subwoofer to sub out. This will give you dolby surround sound and individual sounds through-out the entire room like the movie theatre.

Explain connections - harmon kardon 130 to 4 jbl satellite speakers one middle speaker and seperate jbl subwoofer 140/230

Hello Ranasinghe, you must connect a JBL satellite for each Main L and R output (2 speakers in total)
Connect one JBL for each Surround L and R output (2 speakers in total)
The middle speaker, to the output of the Central channel and the subwoofer, if active or powered, to the RCA subwoofer output on the amplifier
This way you would have all the speakers connected in the Harman Kardon 130

Connection a JBL surround cinema speakers with sub to a Yamaha

if you do not have the digital hook up from the tv to the reciever
304c659.gif then you will not get the subwoofer sounds or the dolby digital sounds
if you don't have this on your tv then just turn off the dolby digital when watching the tv , and you should be able to hear the subwoofer thru the virtual surround sound
hope this info is worth a fixya and if you need other help then just ask me and
